Germany is a party to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (PGRFA) and the Nagoya Protocol. In addition, there are legal, administrative and political frameworks and measures that are reported via the online reporting system for compliance with the International Treaty on PGRFA or via the ABS Clearing House.
