• Employed persons: Total number of working proprietors, unpaid family workers and employees.
• Employees (wage and salary earners): Persons who, on the reference date of 30 September of the reporting year, were in an employment or comparable professional relationship with the survey unit and received remuneration from it in the form of wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, training benefits, or benefits in kind.
• Full-time equivalents: Total number of contractually agreed weekly working hours of all employees, divided by the regular weekly working hours of a full-time employee applicable in the survey unit or for the respective occupational group.
